Eric Lanlard follows in the footsteps of Antonin Careme (the world’s first “Celebrity Chef”) and travels to Russian, Venice and Paris, as well as visiting the Pavilion in Brighton to see how (and for whom!) Careme brought his extraordinary visions to life. This series transmitted on Channel 4 and Discovery, and averaged over 500,000 viewers for each show in the initial transmission.
